This is a special cruise.  You’ll board Key West, visiting the Dry Tortugas National Park, Florida Keys Marina Sanctuary as well as other anchorages and destinations through the lower Florida keys.  Almost 62nm west of Key West lies the remote Dry Tortugas National Park. This 100-square mile park is mostly open water with seven small islands.  Accessible only by boat or seaplane, the park is known the world over as the home of magnificent Fort Jefferson, picturesque blue waters, superlative coral reefs and marine life, and the vast assortment of bird life that frequents the area.  We’ll spend two nights anchored in the park, exploring the Fort, using the tender to explore the outer islands, snorkeling, birding and beaching.  From Garden Key (the main island where Fort Jefferson is located) we’ll head back to Key West where we’ll spend enough time to enjoy all that Key West is known for from the fishing, diving, snorkeling, shopping as well as the natural and local(s) scenery.  The possibility to take Timeless to a coral reef off the coast of Key West to snorkel one day is likely as well as spending time in the back country as we head up the keys to Marathon where you will disembark.
